Are your images available through any gallery or elsewhere online ?

No, my images are currently sold exclusively through rwimages.com website.

Do you print images yourself or do you use photo labs ?

All fine art prints (prints larger than 5" x 7") are made by Pictopia Photo Lab - one of the best professional photo labs in the country known for their high quality work done for National Geographic, top media companies and museum galleries in North America. They are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, using state-of-the-art LightJet laser printers. This combination of the highest quality, museum grade photo paper and digital printing technology results in beautiful silver halide and continuous-tone chromogenic true photographic prints known for their exceptional sharpness, color gamut and luminosity.
Small proof prints - 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" are made by WHCC or a similar quality photo lab on a Kodak, Fuji or other high quality photo paper.

Can I order prints directly from Pictopia ?

No. At this time you can order prints of my images only through rwimages.com website.

How are prints shipped ?

All prints are shipped within US and Canada by FedEx Ground or 2nd Day depending on which shipping method you choose (see main fine art prints info page). International , other than to Canada, shipment methods vary by country.

How long does it take to have prints delivered ?

Depending on where you live in the world and how busy the season is it takes usually between 8-20 days from the moment you order print online to the time when its delivered to your house or office.

If my print gets damaged in shipping or if it is defective, what do I need to do to have it replaced ?

Prints are checked for quality and they are packaged well but if the very unlikely problem occurs they will be promptly replaced. Please contact me by email or for fastest service (but only for prints larger than 5" x 7") you may call Pictopia's customer service directly at their toll-free number 800-390-7269. You must have your Pictopia print order number ready (your print order number is always emailed to you when the print is shipped to your address)

Do you offer framed pictures ?

No, not at this time. Framing preferences vary considerably and are dependent not only on the image but the surroundings of the displayed picture so I do recommend that you choose the mat and frame in person in your local framing shop. If you do insist however you can email me for the matting, framing and shipping quote. Turnaround time may be two to three times longer. Also, please note that framed pictures are considerably more expensive (I use only high-end framing shops that use the best materials, packaging and shipping also add a lot to the total price).
